Out of Hinesville, Georgia, L'Sonne started writing raps in 2011 after being inspired by other local rappers and hearing different records on the radio. It was a time when music was shifting, an era when CDs were still being burned, cars had Bluetooth with aux chords, and streaming was still emerging.

Using SoundCloud, L'Sonne started releasing a series of singles during his senior year of high school. While in the military and college, L'Sonne took music with him to Charleston, South Carolina. In October 2022, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia, immediately following a successful artist showcase tour.

 

In 2025, L'Sonne spent most of his time in church studying the Bible, or in the studio curating the projects we see today. For 2026, L'Sonne has plans to sell records and make appearances with radio hosts, on podcasts, in movies, and even perform, all while taking the next steps for a master's degree.

L'Sonne wants people to know how important it is for us to share the gifts God gave us with the world, in a way that glorifies Him. He believes a love for Jesus and continuous discipleship are what keep him excited about the next steps in his career and involved with the community.
